Tina Fisher is IHG’s Vice President Global Marketing Shared Services EMEAA and is accountable for the delivery of high impact marketing that builds brands, loyalty and performance across the region. She is also responsible for global luxury and lifestyle marketing for the Regent, InterContinental, Six Senses and Vignette brands. An experienced commercial, operations and marketing leader, Tina has worked across multiple cultures and geographic locations and leading diverse teams. She joined IHG in 2014 as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Canberra, where she was also on the Board of Canberra Business. She helped establish the Global Marketing Shared Services (GMSS) team in Australasia and Japan before being promoted to Vice President of Commercial. In 2020, she moved to the UK where she took on the role of Head of GMSS for Europe, strengthening the marketing partnership with Commercial, to support recovery and performance. Prior to joining IHG, Tina has led the marketing function at Accor Australia, Southern Sun hotels in South Africa and at Chartered Accountants Australia. With an MBA from Wits Business School, Johannesburg, Tina is passionate about leadership that enables and empowers others to thrive.
