James is an accomplished loyalty and product management leader with wide-ranging airline experience in product design, growth strategy, financial optimisation, e-commerce, and service delivery.
After starting his career in the marketing department at Air New Zealand, James moved to Dubai in 2007 to join Emirates where he’s worked in a variety of commercial and loyalty roles. His current portfolio encompasses the product design and core propositions for Emirates Skywards and includes Miles earning and redemption propositions, member engagement strategies, elite tier qualification and benefits, Skywards Miles retailing, and Skywards service delivery, experiences, and events. James holds a master’s degree in international business with finance and outside of work enjoys running and exploring the great outdoors.
