Jon Parise is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at GigLabs, leading growth, sales and marketing. GigLabs’ core product is Gigantik, a web3-enabled marketing platform that provides enterprise brands a new direct and persistent channel for brand engagement and loyalty. Brands that have built on Gigantik include American Airlines, YouTube, the Atlanta Hawks, Bleacher Report, CNN, Speedway Motorsports, the NBA, UFC, and NFL through Dapper Labs and others.
Prior to starting GigLabs, Jon was the head of customer marketing at Kabbage, a fintech company that was later acquired by American Express. Additionally, Jon also worked as Client Strategy Partner for rDialogue, an independent customer marketing firm where he worked across multiple clients and industries in client strategy and customer marketing.
