She has a BA in International Business & Communications and an MBA in Strategy and Analytics from Boston College. Sydney is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) and has an extensive background in gamification, emotional loyalty, benchmark data, and machine learning. In her free time she focuses on what’s next for loyalty, how to create program designs that are engaging, and loves to discuss where AI, NFTs, blockchain, crypto, and the Metaverse can take marketers. Prior to her role in product, she worked as a Business Systems Analyst and Digital Solutions Consultant to develop verticalized product offerings for Financial Services, Automotive, CPG, and Retail clients.
