Carolina started her career in the public sector and then evolved into analytical roles in the direct marketing and software industries.
For the past 10 years, first at Aimia and then at Air Canada, she has been at the core of Air Canada’s frequent flyer program (Aeroplan) promotional strategy, driving revenue growth and engagement in support of the airline’s flights and products.
In her current role, Carolina oversees the integration of Aeroplan loyalty offers into routes marketing, as well as conversion optimization activities and POS USA marketing strategies to stimulate sales.
With her proven track record developing compelling and profitable loyalty promotional offers, Carolina brings a data-driven, measurable approach that improves member engagement & overall effectiveness of marketing communications.
Being originally from Mexico, having spent time studying in Europe and currently living in Montreal, Carolina is a firm believer of multiculturalism and as such speaks fluently English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She is also learning Japanese in her free time.
