Scott Hinshaw is an airline and aviation industry veteran with deep experience in strategic partnerships and loyalty. Scott’s 20 year career at American Airlines included leadership roles in Revenue Management, Cargo, Digital Marketing, and culminated as the Head of Partnerships for American Airlines and the AAdvantage program. Scott also led a startup in the loyalty space, creating the first loyalty program for colleges. Scott returned to airline loyalty as Head of Loyalty for the Americas at IBS Software, a leading airline software provider. Scott now leads loyalty at Signature Aviation, the world’s largest network of private aviation terminals.
In his free time, Scott is a father to his three college-age children and his two rescue dogs. Scott is a long-suffering fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Longhorns. Scott and his wife Julie have been married for 27+ years, and they live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. They love to travel, with Israel and Australia next on their list of destinations.
