Ritin brings 20+ years of strategic leadership experience spanning Product Management, Customer Experience, Business Analytics, Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations, Operations and Strategy roles.
As Chief Product & Chief Operating Officer for Card Partnerships at Capital One, Ritin is accountable for Customer Experience & Product Management, New Partner Launches, Well-Managed Partner Operations and Data Management & Analytics. Outside of his role, Ritin actively serves on the Executive Steering Committee for Origins, Capital One’s business resource group for associates of Asian and Pacific Islander origin. He is passionate about helping associates unleash their full potential by active mentoring, investing in talent development, and serves as the Enterprise Accountable Executive for the Learning & Development agenda for the Product Management job family.
Prior to his role in Partnerships, Ritin led the Card Platform & Product organization for Payments and Loyalty at Capital One. His team built real time intelligent cloud native platforms on modern architecture that power game changing capabilities and personalized experiences to drive customer loyalty and engagement. Ritin also led the Offshore aspect of Capital One’s acquisitions of HSBC Card Portfolio and the launch of Capital One’s first internal offshore servicing site in the Philippines. He lived in the Philippines for three years, first as Assistant General Manager and then General Manager and Country Head for Capital One’s Philippines and India Operations. Ritin joined Capital One in 2005 as a Business Analyst and has worked in various Marketing & Analytics roles, including leading a team that helped the initial launch of the Small Business Spark suite of Credit Card products.
Ritin holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Computer Science Engineering from University of Bhopal, India. He lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and two children. He enjoys cooking and entertaining friends around good food and drinks, and starting his day on his Peloton.
